2. Scope

These terms and conditions of sale and delivery apply to purchases of goods in our webshop when you shop as a consumer. By placing an order, you accept the terms.

Delivery Countries: We generally deliver to Denmark and
selected European countries. We may continuously open up for delivery to more European countries. The current delivery countries will be shown at checkout.

3. Ordering and Agreement

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. The agreement is binding once you have received the order confirmation. We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order in the event of obvious errors, e.g., pricing errors, out-of-stock items, or suspected misuse.

4. Prices, Delivery, and Payment

All prices are stated in DKK and include VAT. Any delivery costs will be shown separately at checkout before you complete the purchase.

We accept payment methods indicated at checkout. The amount will only be debited when the item is shipped, unless otherwise stated by the chosen payment method.

Delivery: Expected delivery times are shown at checkout
and/or in the order confirmation. The risk of the item transfers to you when you have
received the item in physical possession or when it has been handed over to a parcel shop.

5. Right of Withdrawal (30 days)

When you shop with us, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal. The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which you or a parcel shop receives the item in physical possession.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us unequivocally of your decision to withdraw from the purchase within the deadline via the return form here or by email to fanshop@ob.dk.

Return: You must return the item without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notified us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase. The deadline is met if you return the item before the 14 days have expired.

Return Costs: You must bear the direct costs of returning the item, unless it is an approved complaint (see section 7). We can provide a return label for a fee. If you use our return label, we will deduct the cost of the return label from the amount you receive back.
You can also return the item in our physical store, even if it was purchased online.

Refund: If you withdraw from your purchase, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (however, not additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we received your notification of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back, or you have provided documentation that you have returned the item, whichever is earlier.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Condition of the Item: The item must be returned in substantially the same condition and
quantity as when received, and it must be properly packaged. If the item has been used beyond ordinary testing, this may result in a diminished value, which will be offset against the refund.

6. Items with Custom Print / Personalized Items

Items made to your specifications or given a clear personal touch (e.g., player jerseys with custom print such as name/number) generally cannot be returned and are exempt from the right of withdrawal, cf. the rules of the Consumer Contracts Act on custom-made items.
This applies to both the statutory right of withdrawal and our voluntary 30-day return policy. Your rights regarding complaints still apply (see section 7).

7. Complaints (defects) and Warranty

When you shop as a consumer, you have a 24-month right to complain in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. This means that you can complain about defects and deficiencies in the item that were present at delivery or that appear within 24 months.
You must complain within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect. If you complain within 2 months after the defect has been discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
In the case of a justified complaint, you can generally have the item repaired, exchanged, receive a reasonable discount on the price, or get your money back – depending on the specific situation.

How to Complain: You can complain by contacting us at
fanshop@ob.dk. Provide the order number, describe the error, and preferably attach pictures. For approved complaints, we will send a shipping label by email.

Shipping and Packaging: You do not pay the return shipping for approved complaints. You must ensure that the item is properly packaged so that it is not damaged during transport. You can also complain in our physical store, even if the item was purchased online.

8. Personal Data

We process your personal data to be able to complete your purchase, deliver the item, handle customer service, returns, and complaints, and to fulfill our legal obligations. You can read more in our privacy policy on the website, including your rights.

9. Complaints Access

If you wish to complain about your purchase, we encourage you to contact us first at fanshop@ob.dk so that we can try to find a solution. If we cannot agree, as a consumer, you can submit a complaint to Nævnenes Hus, the Danish Complaints Board for Consumer Complaints.

10. Governing Law and Changes

Purchases made on the website are subject to Danish law. If you are a consumer residing in another EU country, this does not affect the mandatory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence. We may continuously update the terms. The terms applicable to your purchase are those that were available at the time of purchase.
