Returns
When you shop at OB Fanshop, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal. The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day you or a parcel shop receives the item in physical possession.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must, within the deadline, provide us with an unequivocal statement that you wish to cancel the purchase via the return form here or by e-mail to fanshop@ob.dk.
Return of goods: You must return the item without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you informed us that you wish to cancel the purchase. The deadline is met if you return the item before the expiry of the 14 days.
Return costs: You must cover the direct costs associated with the return, unless it is an approved claim. We can provide a return label for a fee. If you use our return label, we will deduct the cost of the return label from the amount you are refunded.
You can also return the item to our physical store, even if it was purchased online.
Refund: If you cancel your purchase, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (but not additional costs due to your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we received your notification of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back, or you have provided documentation that you have returned the item, whichever is earlier.
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Condition of the item: The item must be returned in substantially the same condition and quantity as received, and it must be properly packaged. If the item has been used beyond ordinary testing, this may result in a reduction in value, which will be offset against the refund.
Expected processing time is 5-10 days, after which it can take up to 5 working days before the refund appears in your account.
Items exempt from the right of withdrawal
Items made to your specifications or given a clear personal touch (e.g., player jerseys with custom printing such as name/number and sleeve badges) cannot generally be returned and are exempt from the right of withdrawal, cf. the rules of the Consumer Contracts Act on custom-made goods.
This applies to both the statutory right of withdrawal and our voluntary 30-day return policy. Your rights regarding claims still apply, however.
Claims
When you shop as a consumer, you have a 24-month right to claim in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. This means that you can complain about faults and defects in the item that were present at delivery or that appear within 24 months.
You must complain within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect. If you complain within 2 months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
In the event of a justified claim, you can generally have the item repaired, exchanged, receive an appropriate price reduction, or get your money back – depending on the specific situation.
How to claim: You can make a claim by contacting us at fanshop@ob.dk. Provide the order number, describe the fault, and preferably attach pictures. For approved claims, we will send a shipping label by e-mail.
Shipping and packaging: You do not pay the return shipping cost for approved claims. You must ensure that the item is properly packaged so that it is not damaged during transport. You can also make a claim in our physical store, even if the item was purchased online.
